Overall the property is very nice. The streets and common areas are kept clean. Very nice to have two restaurants but it would be cool to try to get another...maybe a pub food type place.

Nice community

From the first contact request I sent, I have been very impressed. Answers to all of my questions were prompt, thorough and friendly, the leasing team were unbelievably flexible (I moved in from overseas in the midst of the pandemic) and the apartment looks exactly like the model unit I saw before signing the lease. I was in contact with around a dozen other communities before settling on Oak Grove and the decision was very easy, heavily influenced by the quality of service I got (some other places may have looked equally nice, but their answers to even basic inquiries were either short, rude, or at worst non-existing); you really stood out!

Hands down, the absolute best service!

I love the landscaping, the management/leasing team, the location, and the apartment layouts. My view looking out on the central courtyard is beautiful. I appreciate amenities like package locker and concierge, as well as having Jitters cafe on the premises.

It is an excellent place to live when starting a family. There are space for the small kids to play, pool, dog playground and other amenities. If there's a problem and you tell them, it is managed and solved as fast as possible. We like it here very much.

I have really enjoyed living here. The maintenance staff are fantastic. Its nice to see all the trees and flowers in the community. The grounds are well-kept and great for walking.

It is wonderful how polite, respectful, and knowledgeable the maintenance group and office staff are. It seems that everyone who works at Windsor at Oak Grove is "like minded." My wife and I have only been living here for a very short time but that is all it has taken to be very impressed.

It has fulfilled all our expectations living at Oak Grove. All of our needs as seniors have been met and the staff have always been kind and caring.

I recently moved into the Windsor at Oak Grove (early April 2020), and my experience thus far has been fantastic! The maintenance team quickly and efficiently resolved several minor issues, and were extremely responsive, professional and personable. In particular, Mike was very helpful to me, responding almost instantaneously to a maintenance issue (problem with my central air conditioning) one evening, coming over to my place to inspect the problem, and had it completely resolved before 10 am the next morning. I was impressed and quite thankful! Earlier, as I was looking for a new place to live, the leasing team, Amanda and Caitlyn in particular, were very helpful to me, from the initial contact, through the approval process and through moving in. Moving is never fun, particularly during a pandemic, but the team at Windsor at Oak Grove, with their upbeat energy, professionalism, and prompt responsiveness to my various questions and concerns, made the entire process much less burdensome. They are very welcoming and treat you as a valued member of the community. I highly recommend the Windsor at Oak Grove as a place to live.

We love Windsor at Oak Grove. Easy to get to the Orange Line, great staff, family friendly. Close enough to restaurants but far enough to be quiet. 5 stars!

I have lived here for four years and love the location, neighborhood and community. Great amenities and very pet friendly! Can't beat the commute.

Appreciate being kept informed of suggestions for keeping safe during this crisis.Management has always been willing to negotiate any problem or issue. They are professional, happy, courteous & helpful . Workers are quick to respond to requests, always courteous & knowledgeable. Enjoying our stay here for 7 years. Hopefully longer.
